Emotive command to threaten someone or notify someone to stop.
CUTTHROAT You see: You draw your thumb in a line across your throat. Others see: <Player> draws <his/her> thumb in a line across his throat. CUTTHROAT <self> You see: You draw your thumb in a line across your throat. Others see: <Player> draws <his/her> thumb in a line across his throat. CUTTHROAT <target> You see: You stare at <target> and draw your thumb in a line across your throat. Target sees: <Player> stares directly at you and draws a thumb in a line across <his/her> throat. CUTTHROAT STOP <target> You see: You gaze urgently at <target> and make rapid cutting motions across your neck with a flattened hand. Target sees: <Player> gazes urgently at you and makes rapid cutting motions across <his/her> neck with a flattened hand.
