This is the "VERBSRaisableNeckScarf" template to list all the actions for the raisable neck-worn scarves like those sold from Winter Spice and Everything Nice.
Scarves using this template have the following study: You study your <adjective> <noun> closely, and come to the conclusion that you can do the following things with it: WEAR, REMOVE, RAISE, LOWER, PUSH, PULL. You're pretty sure if you wound the <adjective> <noun> around your head and then RAISED it, the item would hide your face as well as anything you are wearing on your head.
It should be called in the following format:
