Kermoria's jewelers bemoan that the exact source of this gem is a zealously guarded secret of the Merelew of Andreshlew with only a few hints of a deep-sea cavern mine having been shared. The Merelew, however, insist that the secrecy if for the protection of all land-dwellers, as the stone has rightly earned its name by luring even the most experienced underwater navigators into perilous situations.
