STUDY bolus (Paladin)
The pearly bolus is commonly used to impart the knowledge necessary to modify the appearance of pets or items summoned via compatible spells or abilities. The pearly bolus is intended to alter the appearance of the banner created by the Banner of Truce spell. You are rather sure you could INVOKE the pearly bolus. Were the pearly bolus to be activated, the following modifications would be made: -

 Base Description: "an opalescent banner"
LONG Description: "an opalescent banner with edges fraying into insubstantial shimmering fibers"
LOOK Description: "The banner hangs suspended from above, anchored to nothing and fluttering in a gentle breeze only it feels. Pastel hues from across the spectrum roil over finely-woven grey samite, resembling a thin slick of oil suspended atop a puddle. Its surface is unadorned by any recognizable symbols, but a lacy meshwork of pearlescent stitching outlines the imbricated pattern of scale armor. The fabric's fraying edges constantly shed ghostly shimmering fibers that swiftly float away into nothingness."
 READ Description: "" (none)
