You study the folio and determine it is well-suited for holding sigil-scrolls. These scrolls can be PUT into the folio. The reader can TURN the folio to the CONTENTS and READ it to see a list of all sigil-scrolls inside. Alternatively, the reader can TURN the folio to a SIGIL type and READ only the pages of that type. The reader can then TURN the folio to a PAGE number and PULL the folio to remove the scroll, or READ and STUDY the folio to bring the sigil into his or her mind.
