Why is the bottem cap 130 but you need 200 shield to handle 2. Makes this confusing

Perhaps the person who posted that was back-training (and therefore had high stats that compensated for his ranks), or the low number is for offenses. Personally, I wouldn't recommend hunting them at 130 ranks. --Isharon 17:24, 5 April 2011 (UTC)

Can handle 4 with 150 Shield/Parry and 180 Evasion. Stanced: 100Evasion 50Shield 32Parry - 30 Reflex and 30 Agility - Can take hits for up to 45mins with Crimson set before seeking an empath. Fairly Hindered and No weight. (Tested after the deadfall) - Tested 1 April 2014 - -R

3.0 skill hard cap for evasion = 263.

Leucros past the deadfall are slightly more difficult. Shield hard capped at 295.

Evasion learning dies out at about 234; Skinning still locked at 235 - Opticus 12/2013

Leucros past deadfall are actually easier in my experience as well as being mingled with vipers, which would point to that being a sort of transitory area for until you can handle the main area. I'm still learning from these at ~250 skill, but it's just a trickle. LT/Brawl still move very well at 195ish ranks each. The soft cap for most skills appears to be around 205, however stealth is MUCH higher and continues to lock very quickly right up to 230 or so. THAYET (talk) 06:50, 11 August 2015 (CDT)

Creature Drive

Hopefully this is somewhat useful for this creature drive, but I have been hunting these giant black leucros for the past couple of weeks and I am going to post my stats and appraise careful for others to take a look over. I started hunting them at 180 in shield/evasion with parry at around 182. Could not dance with 4 for a longer period of time until around 200 ranks in defenses.
Weapons start to slow down at 200 ranks, but can still lock after hunting for a while, and stay on dabbling around 206 ranks. Defenses train until around 210, then they being to slow down until 215 where they stay on dabbling.

I can dance with one or two for a while, but 3 or 4 and I can't last more than 30-40 minutes before needing to go get healed.
