Description
A first glance, a flaming dinnsehencha appears to be an ordinary horse, but a second look reveals flickering flames in place of the mane and tail. A brilliant red coat compliments the ruby-red hooves.
Three Varieties
- Burning
- Flaming
- Blazing
- Judging from initial reaction, I do not believe these are much above 750 in natural attacking, but their magic abilities seem to exceed that abit. -- Dullen
Recall
You remember from your reading that dinnsehenchas are a type of fae, associated with fire and horses. Generally they appear as small horses with flaming manes and tails, but revert to their true form when they die.
Tales are told of how larger dinnsehenchas that can shift at will between their horse form and their humanoid form. Thus far, such stories have never been confirmed by scholars, though.
Special Attacks
- A flaming dinnsehencha shakes her head vigorously, causing her fiery mane to whip about wildly. Each toss sends a ripple of flames blasting out, but the fae's elemental grasp snatches the fiery outburst and molds it into a series of lashes that speeds towards you!
- A flaming tentacle lashes at you!
With practiced ease, you position a small puffy-white shield to take the fiery blast.
- Some seem to appear at Pole ranged instead of Missle.
Special Defenses
- They should be immune to fire. ( note they are NOT immune to fire flares)
- Cast a firey Etheral Shield
