I've just rolled some updates to balance heal abilities to make them all restore roughly the same amount of balance. I've also removed arbitrary caps that some abilities had, so all abilities can now take you to the actual balance cap.

Monkey Form - This was probably completely unnoticeable at low levels, but should now consistently add balance to the user.
Centering - This will be a very noticeable improvement, as Centering didn't actually restore balance, it ensured a balance floor.
Truffenyi's Rally - This was increased to give a larger amount each pulse.
Cheetah Swiftness - This was increased to give a larger amount each pulse.
Khri Flight - This spell will be a very noticeable improvement, as it ensured a balance floor, but even lower than Centering's.
Sure Footing - The only change to Sure Footing was to remove its arbitrary cap.

Aesandry Darlaeth - This spell is off by itself because it has the dubious honor of being the only one down tweaked. It previously boosted more than any other ability, at a rate faster than most.
