>>LAMBL: The mention of the levels of the creatures involved in this one brings up a question, though. Elanthipedia lists the fuligin umbral moths as level 185, which must have come from information previously shared by a GM since there's nowhere else it could come from. Has the way that you guys determine creature levels changed recently? If previous level listings are higher than they "should" be on the current scale, that would explain why, for example, the jeol moradu were a little more difficult than I was expecting based on comparisons to other creatures' levels. It's going to be a bit confusing if there's two different scales out there for creature levels.

To the best of my knowledge, we have not changed actual creature levels.

I can't speak to the 185 number on Elanthipedia. It's possible that there have been tougher invasion versions of the fuligin umbral moth. Our tool that reports estimated creature level (based on skills/stats) was updated at some point; it's possible that this change resulted in different numbers being reported.

What I can say for sure is that the fuligin umbral moths in Zoluren currently evaluate as level 170 with our tool. The ones in the new P5 hunting area spawn within a range of 170-173 according to the same tool.
