| Dinazen Olkar has been changed to fluctuate in power based on environmental factors.
If the Sun is up AND Katamba is down, DO suffers a mild penalty to damage. If the Sun is down AND katamba is up, DO benefits from a mild bonus to damage. In other conditions, DO continues to function as it currently does. This is a modifier to damage rather than a Potency modifier, so it still affects you at max prep and doesn't abort min preps.
