Mana Regen

Mana Regen are magical jewelry that periodically pulse and restore the wearer's Mana.
They are typically turned on and off by using the ATMOSPHERE command.
Effect
Every so many seconds, the item will pulse, and if during that pulse the wearer's mana pool is less than 100%, the item will restore a set amount of mana. The amount of mana returned is a flat amount, usually around 1%.
