From the cairn of stone at Tripp's Cairn along the Southern Trade Route:
- The pile of stones is called Tripp's Cairn, after the famed Halfling adventurer, Hovagud Tripp. He embarked from the Crossing one day to seek fame and fortune when a freak storm caused a branch to fall upon his head. He is buried beneath these undistinguished rocks. It has become a local shrine where offerings are brought to ward off ill luck.
