Just a small update. Weapons that are permanently blessed will now say so when perceived by a Cleric/Paladin.

Also, in case we never announced it, a not-so-recent change was that the permanent bless no longer disappears when the weapon is used against a non-cursed target. It just becomes suppressed for some time, which can now be perceived as well.
