I'm not sure the special attack can be blocked/dodged. It seems to be a random success or fail. Tested some and at 650 shield and 700 evasion, tiny zenzics sever limbs as often as against 250 shield and 270 evasion. --BORGHEST2 (talk) 13:08, 23 November 2017 (CST)
