Yes, generally speaking the enchantment factors will be inverses of the "hardness" or "protection" a material provides. It will be possible to enchant Tyrium, but the enchantments will be much less effective compared to a material like bronze or niello.

Over time we'll release a successor to Tyrium that is 1 step more enchantable, and a successor to niello, orichalcum and so on...
