Gaisroka ("air arm" in Common) is a plant frequently used in traditional Rakash cuisine. It is a thin vine that produces many fine tendril-like leaves, and was all but unknown in eastern Kermoria until brought with the Rakash during their migration. The plant remains quite uncommon in most of the East, and is rarely used outside of Rakash dishes. Gaisroka has a bright flavor reminiscent of citrus fruits, but when roasted, can take on additional depth that helps to balance the heavy spices used in Rakash cooking.
