Store bought vs. Crafted

Could someone a little bit more knowledgeable than myself take a moment and share about the quality of crafted weapons vs. store-bought weapons? Also, a little information about the things that weapons appraise for would be nice, along with what the different possible values mean for those characteristics. Kashna April 24, 2016
