This is what is known as a Weapon of Returning. These sorts of weapons will return to their previous user provided it still recognizes them. This is not the same as a bond that one might be used to from potions and the like. These items are very sensitive to TOUCH, and also known to be particularly expressive during many other interactions. In crafter's terms, it is a tier 5 heavy thrown, heavy edged weapon. Dragon's eye ruby and flamewood are both used in its design. Not smeltable.
