Ratha Monument
Found on the 2nd tier of the city along the SE edge is a monument.
[Ratha, Tierskel Way]
A small monument rests here, overlooking the busy port district of the city below. To this day the Tierskel family, long involved in the development of seafaring trade in this region, controls the docks and shipyards.
Obvious paths: southeast, west.
- Hewn of rough stone at the base, the monument is a bronze bust of one of Ratha's founding fathers.

- In memory of Tigorth Tierskel. May he ever sail the wicked seas and guide thy ship to safe harbor.
