Good! We like providing things that players value. I think it may be a benefit to use the system for some time and see how much it really affects things, because I think you may be overestimating what is actually going on.

It may have, though if it was it may have been something like "Can we buy something that lets us learn all our skills twice as fast?" "No."

This is a system open to everyone geared primarily to give appraisal a training method and a small perk for the time spent training it. Generally it provides much less gain than systems that already exist, especially considering it can only be used on one/a few skills at once and not all of skills. On top of that, it's specifically designed to encourage its use on backtraining skills rather than on primary skills. Loads of details are nestled in the system to keep the impact you are worried about from happening. I'm not surprised this is coming up, and it's a valid thing to be concerned about, but I think we've struck a fair balance so far with this and it'll really take some time before everyone has a full idea of how it impacts things.
