  • TILT: Hiding it behind you, you tilt the noisemaker back and forth. A hidden part inside the piece shifts unsteadily, producing a muted groaning sound with each movement.
  • PINCH: You squeeze your fingers on two oilcloth-covered indentations on either side of your noisemaker, forcing something inside to break intentionally.
  • KISS: Turning slightly so as to avoid unnecessary attention, you blow forcefully on one end of your noisemaker. The metal and glass shards inside of the object bump against each other, tinkling loudly.
  • TICKLE: Covering the object with your other hand, you jiggle your finger on a wire inside the noisemaker, causing it to emanate a warbling twang.
  • TURN: You flick your finger under the noisemaker to release a hidden lever. Slowly, you turn the knob, releasing several hushed creaks.
  • PUNCH: Violently you punch your closed fist on a beanbag hidden inside the noisemaker, producing a repetitive thudding sound. You then scratch your nail against a piece of slate on the side to culminate with a screech.
  • POKE: Shrouding it with your other arm, you block the noisemaker from view and poke a few buttons on the top. Each push results in a high-pitched wail that sinks into the lower octaves as it dies.
  • PULL: You pull a dangling cord on the end of your noisemaker, initiating a meandering howl.
  • PUSH: Obscuring your activity from others, you gently push down on a mechanism affixed to one of the noisemaker's corners. Gears inside whizz and buzz, shredding some substance within.
  • WAVE: You wave the noisemaker around behind you, causing a liquid within to make some odd sloshing sounds.
