I'm going to beg off an argument of what Mer'kresh and the islands should be set up as, because I'm not involved in that area. Instead, I can only tell you what is actually happening. As the system currently understands it, Erekinzil is ~150 miles north of Besoge. If the 100th circle ability is choosing Besoge while you are standing on Mer'kresh, then that part of Mer'kresh is set up to be considered within ~50 miles of Besoge. Both numbers have a large margin of error because we do not actually track things in terms of miles, I am translating Weird DR Tech Speak to English. -Armifer
