| Did a little more testing since my PM was about to rank...
The min bonus is in fact 13 ranks. The max bonus is in fact 82 ranks. Smegul tested self cast and got 79-81 ranks (I forgot to ask him if he was on an even or odd rank). My cleric is too small to get the self cast min bonus (and again I forgot to ask Smegul). Of course self cast = cannot touch the head, which I measured as 11-13 the other day. Bottom line I can say with about 99% certainty the formula for PM for SaP is as follows. I assume Harness follows but have not tested it at all. 10 + 70*(prep-min+1)/(max-min+1) With a bonus 2 ranks of the head can be touched. | |
