I can't give any numbers, but they should be fairly easy to test. It looks like you guys have figured this all out by now but just to formalize things, here is what changed.

Swan: Allows instant advance from missile to pole range.

Cobra: Enhanced engagement speed

Wolverine: Enhanced engagement speed
