Purchase this at the Crossing Housing Headquarters located on Ustial Road, one west of Raven's Court. You must have already purchased the SimuCoins on the website.
It will last for 30 Real Life days, at which point it will behave in the same way as a Premium member downgrading. It is possible to buy extensions before the time expires, likely by purchasing another deed.
Once the deed is owned, proceed along the same process as a Premium member does for their home.
Note: SimuCoin home owners CANNOT acquire a home via a home being deeded. The Premium and SimuCoin systems are incompatable, and one cannot be used to extend the ownership of the other.
