Look: | A thin bronze tube, slightly wider in the middle than on the ends, the mirliton has a hole in its side and a bit of onionskin glued over both ends. Vibrant scarlet nightshade blossoms have been worked in enamel to twine around the outside of the instrument, transforming a child's toy into a work of art. |
