Devourer

Devourers are a type of benign demon summoned through Moon Mage Enchanting. They serve to clean up any garbage in a room by eating it. The most common way to summon a devourer involves the use of a black pearl, making these bits of jewelry useful to moon mages.

If a Devourer eats enough, it begins to grow. If it encounters another devourer, the larger one will even eat the smaller! If allowed to gluttonize unabated, the devourer will eventually transform into a Shadow Master, spelling trouble for anyone in the area.
