Whole Displacement
Abbreviation: WD
Prerequisites: Teleport
Minimum Prep: 12
Casting Cap: 55
Valid Spell Target: Self, Others, Critters
Description: Whole Displacement uses teleportational energy to move a target a short distance, perhaps out of combat or to a nearby area. Not only is it handy to displace friends and enemies, but it should also prove useful to the caster in escaping from difficult foes.
Example Messaging: You sense displacement magics begin to gather around you.

A blinding flash of light engulfs you as a gut wrenching sensation wracks your body, moving you further away!


Notes

General

  • Requires at least one moon above horizon.

Self-Cast

  • Triggers when engaged in any way or at any range, even if you can't see them/it.
  • When triggered, will cause a slight stun, which can trigger a Contingency.
  • Non-replaceable, but will completely fail when entering a teleportation blocked room.
  • Will last 18 roisaen at max mana.

Target-Cast

  • SvS contest when casting at a target.
