Telios La'Sade is a S'Kra Mur.

Description

You see Watcher Telios, Locksmith of The Locksmith Union, a S'Kra Mur. He has a sharp-featured face with a flexible ridged crest which follows the shape of his skull, slitted gold-flecked steely grey eyes and an elegant snout, dark gold-edged scales with a pale silver underbelly and a slender tail. He is tall for a S'Kra Mur. A polished cat's eye quartz rests on his forehead, just above his eyes. He is in his prime. He has a tattoo of spiraling bands of iridescent green-blue underscales outlined in gold on your tail. He is in good shape.

He is wearing only a sniper's heavy crossbow etched with angled patterns, an albredine crystal ring, some richly shaded locksmith's robes belted with a thick sash of nightsilk, a blue-grey steelsilk backpack dangling small bones from lengths of leather cord, a rough leather haversack with a carved bone clasp, a rough burlap baldric, a deeply hooded black spidersilk cloak, a dull serpent earcuff and a blackened steel parry stick with sturdy steelsilk straps.
