Viper's Nest is the place to come for bad food and cheap spirits. A quick journey down to their storm cellar leads to not only to exotic new smells, but also to a small neighborhood of apartments for those seeking less-public fares. Mind the leaking casks and maggot infested spots in the central neighborhood area though.

In any urban environment there invariably exists a substrata that enterprising locals seek to claim housing in. While refuse tends to accumulate, there is ample air flow through the gratings above.
