Jump to search
1) Go to Throne City.
2) Visit the Tezirite Hall (2 West from Bank).
3) Go north till you find a room with pews and a shrine.
4) Turn the candlebra.
5) Quickly go south and "go backpanel."
6) Head down into the catacombs until you see a pedestal.
7) Study the manual on the pedestal (must have moonblade spell).
