The Outland Tribe is a group of warriors and patrons belonging to the Outcast Tribes. The Outland Tribe, under the leadership of Wiseman Tiso, are charged with ensuring the continued presence of the Outcasts is observed.

With the retirement of Wiseman Tiso, a new Wiseman was chosen by the King Raenilar to serve the members of the Outland Tribe. Wiseman Jappal once led the tribe with Lomelinde serving as his captain. However, Lomelinde has taken the reigns of leadership from the Wiseman and has set out to usher in a new chapter for the Outland Tribe of the Outcast Tribes. Assuming the mantle of Chieftain of the Outland Tribe, Lomelinde has used his first steps in leadership to contact former "outlanders" Alexii and Craetos to assist in developing new goals for the Outland Tribe.
