Description:	The Vivisection spell is one of the most deadly in the Necromancer's arsenal. The ability to flay a target with none the wiser of who cast the spell, and even to remain in hiding after a cast, is something no other magicians have ever been able to master. Additionally, this spell is useful on corpses to assist in harvesting from them.
Example Messaging:	You flicker your malevolent desires towards a blood wolf, summoning invisible blades to strike at it with the merest thought. You are fairly confident that your attempt to cast was not noticed. A blood wolf's head tears itself open with no warning, blood dripping out from the wound. The blood wolf is dealt a vicious stun! Third Person: You get a startling sensation, as some sixth sense barely warns you of an assault by <Person>! A cacophonous keening wail erupting is the last thing you notice before a sharp pain through your back heralds you to oblivion.
