I've updated the Appraisal article with the new ranges for damage, balance/power, construction, and condition. The template needs to be updated. You might want to flag pre-Durability 2.0 shields with a notice that the ranges have changed. --Isharon 18:05, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

Held vs. Worn

Can we update this template so that both the held and worn protection and damage values can be captured please? --RCHIGHT (talk) 17:26, 28 April 2016 (CDT)

Could we also update this so that if the the held damage values are missing, it won't add the Incomplete Item tag at the top of the page? We can't pull that info from items we just appraise off shop surfaces, so we're going to have a LOT of incomplete shields over the years if we make those required fields. Thanks! I think... you've got this backwards? We can see the held stats when appraising from a surface, but not the arm-worn values. Right? I have made the arm-worn values for damage (puncture/slice/impact), balance, and suitedness optional.
Examples: triangular black tursa sipar inlaid with the emblem of Saint Detlef and steel heater shield displaying a black charging ram across the front.
