Look: | The crest of the cleric guild is centered at the top of the silver-edged parchment, the edge of the parchment bordered with true-silver gilt. Within the crest a pair of hands, one light and one dark, cradles a bridge that spans the two palms. -Between a Candle and a Star-
- Kalira Moonhart
Upon a rock, a sirese flower offered,
Tamsine's blessing earned.
Down through the depths,
Eluned's protection learned.
Under the earth, head bent,
Kertigen's strength to weapons lent.
To grasp the flame, Hodierna's healing name.
Sought the ancient tower, Meraud's holy dower.
From Urrem'tier's chalice,
A sip of death, the scorpion black.
To the Void and Lanival's bridge,
Truffenyi's gift of life brought back.
To Glythtide's Garden of roses and rue,
A rose of Saemaus, love's bond pursue.
Be'ort's tears, soul bond unfurled,
Love lost, pain whirled.
The road of all, the path of one.
Began with Chadatru's righteous service,
In the center, ignorant bliss.
With justice fair, a lack was seen,
Duty to the dark, a dearth so keen.
From the center, the road did part.
Down the path, shadow's journey did start.
From Tamsine's gentle purr, Harawep's tapestry sought.
From Eluned's soothing ocean, Drogor's fury wrought.
From Kertigen's protection, To Zachriedek's destruction.
From Hodierna's warm face, To Asketi's wintry embrace.
From under mighty Meraud's magical glances,
Lured by Kerenhappuch's seductive dance.
From Urremtier's Void is coldly dealt,
Aldauth's final touch faintly felt.
Aside from Truffenyi turn,
Huldah's lightning burn.
Glythtide's garden found,
Be'ort's tears, bonds unbound.
The road of some, the path of one.
The warble of a nestling, Faenella's lute heard.
Brother's request, favor of the Gods lost.
The price worth the cost?
Upon the comet, cut from the spider's lace.
Viper of Ushnish restored to its rightful place.
Friendships found, bonds forged.
Eluned's handmaiden, soulfriend and sister.
Kuniyo's ranger, now to serve Everild's boar.
Damaris's priestess, returned from the lost.
With Asketi's priest, from the winds of war,
Divided in path, united in faith, the four become one.
Idon's heron followed, drums beating, blood beating.
From the tree, the seed takes root,
With Berengaria's nuturing
And Hodierna's healing.
Saemaus's rose kissed, bonded to the Void.
Torn from the heart, emptiness felt.
From Harawep's tapestry cut,
Cast upon the Starry Road.
Guided by Hodierna's Light,
To the last embrace of Urrem'tier.
Albreda's peace held dear.
Upon the altar of Damaris, Dark and Light unite.
In the Void a candle, left on the bridge burning bright.
For even in the dark, shall be found a spark.
For though dark is the other side of light.
So is light the other side of dark.
Divided on the path, united by faith.
First step on the road each take the same.
A different fork each will find.
But always the bridge shall bind.
The road of all, the path of one
The road of some, the path of one.
Amen
