CHEER You see: You just feel so pleased with yourself, you can't help letting out a hearty cheer. Others see: <Player> gets an impish expression on his face, and lets out a hearty cheer. CHEER <person> You see: You let out a hearty cheer for <Player>! Target sees: <Player> looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf! Others see: <Player> lets out a hearty cheer for <Player>!
