Cheer
A way to express happiness or appreciation.
CHEER You see: You just feel so pleased with yourself, you can't help letting out a hearty cheer. Others see: <Name> gets an impish expression on <his/her> face, and lets out a hearty cheer. CHEER <Person> You see: You let out a hearty cheer for <Person>! Target sees: <Name> looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf! Others see: <Name> lets out a hearty cheer for <Person>!
