Description

The armored warklin resembles some of the more exotic tropical beetle forms, inasmuch as it has many legs, and a hardened carapace surrounding its segmented body. The two legs closest to its face are heavily armored, the plates covered with sharp, serrated edges and capped with barbed hooks. However, the remaining legs are incredibly long, and arch up perhaps a Tog in height before descending to where the body hangs several handsbreadths above the ground. Glossy black eyes peer out from behind a visor-like shell protrusion, seemingly looking into distant space, but the jerking precision of its movements suggests that it is fully aware of what transpires around it. That and the speed with which it rends apart invaders to its dwelling demonstrates its strangely insectile cunning.
