Tizzeg was the raffle operator at the Hollow Eve Festival 436.
Description
Tizzeg is a young female Merelew with fine blue scales and unblinking grey eyes. Jet black hair covers just one side of her head and trails down to a close fitting shift woven of brilliant strands of light blue kelp.
