Sacrificed the bodies Twando supposedly hung in the Gallows Tree on the Northern Trade Route to Botolf by using a ritual ending in immolation. Was killed presumably by Botolf when one of the earlier bodies wasn't worthy.

He is wearing a black oak amulet carved in the shape of a goshawk, a leather shoulder satchel, a deeply-cowled robe, an ironwood shield engraved with the faint image of a goshawk and a pair of leather sandals.
