Description
The Dragon priest(ess) is a tall S'Kra Mur (fe)male whose features are hidden by the deep cowl of his/her dark challis robe. (S)He carries in his/her right hand [sic] which glows with a faint purple-tinged eldritch flame.

Spells Used
They tend to use their bone staff to cast spells. Possibly disarming them of the staff would prevent the casting of these spells.
PREPPING: Eldritch flames flicker around a twisted bone staff as a robed Dragon priest raises it above his head, chanting a prayer to the World Dragon.
CURSE armor and weapons being held or worn so that they cannot be removed, swapped, dropped, or stowed for several minutes or more. "A disturbing black radiance creeps over your (weapon/armor)."
Not sure, possibly SOUL DRAIN: A sickly yellow-streaked beam of purple light flows from her staff to envelop you.
