The Dark Court is or was a player-run organization consisting primarily of Thieves. The Dark Court was created in 1996 (approximately Year 346) by early Thieves including Jokbed, Roberta, Killvor, Lichii, Darknight, Ann, and Kraelyst. Killvor was the first selected leader of the Dark Court. Killvor was succeeded by Kraelyst, who was leader of the Dark Court when it was first approved as an Official Order. However, shortly thereafter intrigue and conflict consumed the Dark Court and it drifted apart. Other small clusters of Thieves have revived the Dark Court from time to time or committed acts in the name of the Dark Court.
