Purchase this at the Crossing Housing Headquarters in the located on Ustial Road, one west of Raven's Court. The deeds are on a table in the room [Estate Holders' Headquarters, Foyer]. You must have already purchased the SimuCoins on the website.
It will last for 30 Real Life days, at which point it will behave in the same way as a Premium member downgrading. It is possible to buy extensions before the time expires, likely by purchasing another deed.
Once the deed is owned, proceed along the same process as a Premium member does for their home.
Note: SimuCoin home owners CANNOT acquire a home via a home being deeded. The Premium and SimuCoin systems are incompatable, and one cannot be used to extend the ownership of the other.
Note: SimuCoin home owners CANNOT relocate their home via the Housing Exchange Clerk as premium home owners can. SimuCoin home owners must wait for their rental time to expire, purchase a new unsigned deed, and then claim a home at a new location.
