Game Helpfile
Syntax for the verb BRAWL: BRAWL This will toggle you in and out of brawling mode to avoid or accept aggressive brawling maneuevers.
Usage
The setting is an Empath safeguard for aggressive brawling maneuvers, including PUNCH, SLAP and KNEE, several of which also have non-combat role-playing uses. Avoiding those maneuvers helps prevent accidental shock. To opt into attacking with brawling maneuvers, use BRAWL until the game says that you will no longer avoid them.
This toggle does not enable or disable the Brawling skill or the entire brawling combat system. It controls the Empath safeguard described in the command's response. For non-Empaths, aggressive brawling is always available and the command has no setting to change.
The command is a blind toggle: it has no separate query, ON or OFF form. Its messages are private to the character using it. The spelling manuevers and the different spelling maneuevers in the helpfile are shown as the game presents them.
