To be accurate: Regen will choose a random valid wound to heal each pulse. Without specifying CAST ALL, CAST EVERYTHING OR CAST TOTAL, the spell will never heal anything above a certain level of bleeding. With less than 301 ranks in PM, the spell will not heal nerves. -GM Obseden
