I was able to train weapons to 79 in Beisswurms, although that was in Fallen, and they did move slowly, but definitely not capping at 70. I will see how high I can get defenses to.

-Changed upper limit cap to 77, starting fresh from a login (zero field experience), evasion, parry and shield all at 77 are not moving off of clear.
