When properly prepared as a runestone, items containing this material may cast the Fire Shard spell.
Physical Properties
- Per GM Persida: This is a fire shard runestone. It is a fiery red combined with chunks of coal grey, and is usually found with numerous cracks running down its surface.
- Per Wikipedia: Rhodonite is a manganese crystal that commonly occurs as a compact masse with a rose-red color, often tending to brown because of surface oxidation.[1]
