Tipping the Scales
Abbreviation: TIP
Prerequisites: 30th Circle, Trothfang's Rally
Minimum Prep: 7
Casting Cap: 49
Valid Spell Target: One opponent.
Description: Tipping the Scales is a spell of contradictions, a tool that will assure you victory even when you are at your most vulnerable. A hybrid spell, it can be fastest prepared in areas with poor holy power, and when cast will attempt to swap your current balance with that of your target. Used wisely, this can bring favor to your allies or turn the tables on your foes. Keep in mind, however, that your adversaries will use all of their will power to avoid any ill effects this spell might bring to them.
Example Messaging: Example is cast from prone.

You level your fist at <target> and utter a defiant phrase.
Your balance improves, leaving you off balance as you are whipped into a standing position.
<Target>'s balance worsens, leaving him very badly balanced as he falls prone.

Notes

Per Ssra: TIP is slated to become a first tier SvA "pulse spell that will remove balance from a target you are facing in combat and grant it to the Paladin. It will not remove balance below solid. Essentially this spell will strive to keep an opponent limited to solid balance or below while serving as a mild to moderate balance boost ability to the Paladin." Will be self cast and default to what you are facing.
