You see Knife Maker Kerven, a Dwarf. Kerven has brown eyes. His russet hair is long and thick, and is worn loose. He has tanned skin. He is young for a Dwarf. He is clean shaven. He is in good shape.

He is wearing some forest green quilted pants with white piping down the legs, an ivory spidersilk shirt with long billowing sleeves, a canvas miner's backpack and a pair of leather boots.

Notes

Hired by the Merchants of the Holy Festival to create commemorative knives for visitors. Plans to open his own knife shop in the [near?] future.

Crafting

Kerven rummages around in his backpack and comes out with a polished maple handle and a knife blade.

Kerven slips the tang of the blade into the handle.

Kerven raps the end of the tang against an iron plate on the strap of his backpack, peening the tang so that it holds the handle firmly in place.

Kerven taps a polished maple handled carving knife with a mechanical spider etched on its blade that he is holding.

Kerven begins to carefully examine a polished maple handled carving knife with a mechanical spider etched on its blade.
