Description
Cruel cunning etches the face of this small, twisted creature. Standing about the height of a Halfling, the spriggan resembles a grotesque mockery of humanity with black, unblinking eyes, gnarled limbs, and bark-like skin.

Recall
Stories abound of the spriggans and their malicious pranks. They are said to venture forth at night to destroy crops or steal babies, only to replace them with their own twisted children.
While their exact nature is subject to much speculation, their affinity for manipulating the wind has led many scholars to believe they are tied in some way to elemental air.
You recall a small malnourished spriggan casts the Zephyr, Paeldryth's Wrath, Shockwave and Swirling Winds spells.
